Wow.... ok, so yes. It's been an eternity since I've posted. Blogger FAIL.
Can I at least blame it on crazy times? Indeed, I've decided to do a complete 180 on the direction i (was) heading and now I'm looking at Friday... my last day on the Corporate American Workforce.
Yep, you heard me right - after 2.5 years as an "administrative assistant" for one of the most profitable companies in the world, I've tossed in my stilettos for work boots... ok lol, JUST KIDDING. I've decided to dive head first into the wild and wonderfully unpredictable world of Real Estate.
Why? It hit me like a ton of bricks, but I realized this: If I want to do something, why not just do it now? What the hell am I waiting for?! Is it my laziness that's holding me back? OH HELL NO!
So like that - BAM. I interviewed with some agencies, managed to swing a part-time position working as my dad's marketing manager, transferred colleges, and quit my "great opportunity" job here behind a computer.
Insanity.
But, I have one of those "good feelings" about this - the kind that people have right before they win the lotto. ;) Ok, slight exaggeration. But still, I'm willing to put in as much as it will give me back... which just so happens to be the job description of a real estate agent.
I can see it now - Bright Lights - "Heather - Real Estate Agent Extraordinaire"! LOL

Awesome!! That's great news. I love it when people make big changes, especially when you can clearly tell they're going to do well.
And I KNOW, I've been a massive slacker!!! :( Just seem to not be able to find something to write about. I've lost my blogging mojo. But today is last day of semester and I've three weeks off, so hopefully I'll find some inspiration... or just have a few drinks and type out some nonsense :)
